been having a headache for 3 days the back of my head is the only part that hurts but I feel tired and my head starts feeling heavy after being awake a few hours my neck also hurts to turn it. I found out I have gest iona diabetes can this be a symthoms of it? I've also noticed I talk and my words don't come out right and I get short of breath talking and confused on what u was just talking about.
