Had my first prenatal visit and I thought I had anemia since I was so pale last week and when I started prenatal this week my skin color came back and my glow but I was told my iron levels are fine now and that I have gestational diabetes. 😔 my mom developer diabetes after getting gestational so I want to know anyone had it and didn't get diabetes and any tips to help reduce it because I replace my meals with fruit so I wasn't eatting much and thought that's why I'm light headed and have neck pain and the pale skin cause not eatting meat. but other than fruit and juice not eatting sugary foods.
yeah that's what I told the dr is it possible that me eatting 4 apples and pears a day is causing it. I did drink soda for 1 week I never drink it but started having nausea and threw up drinking orange juice so I replace the ginger ale with apple juice now. and I don't eat much meat been having Chinese and mexican food so I can get some meat but at home just my water, Apple juice and fruits.
Well fruits have a ton of sugar so that's no good, cut down on starches too because they raise blood sugar, cut out soda, sweet tea, ect. Eat more protein.
Any moms with gestational diabetes that had to be induced early because of it? They’re treating me as though I have gestational diabetes, but I’m not having to be medicated for it and my levels are good when I check them.
Anyone had or have GESTATIONAL DIABETES? 😩😩😩
I just got my first time injections for gestational diabetes, im so scared to start injecting myself.... does anyone have gestational diabetes & had this problem too? There was no option for me, just insulin...helppp
I had my consultant meeting today and found out I have gestational diabetes which led to a scan and my baby is weighing 2lb12oz 🙀 my first born was 8lb1 does gestational diabetes make you put on weight after pregnancy I think that's what I'm worried about more😩
So annoyed I have gestational diabetes and my midwife tells me today that i am too high risk and they can’t see me anymore! Wtf has anyone ever had to deal with this ???😒😡😭
protein and veggies should make up most of your plate.
