use a bag of frozen veggies, lay down a towel and then cover it with cold. it may help. Didn't have sex too often but when we did I either had awful contraction after or swelling which subsided. You might have to limit the amount of time during intercourse too.

Some people are so FUCKING STUPID ( excuse my French ) but yeah do what @2queenbee9 said otherwise you may just have to leave it be swelling should be gone by tomorrow

@blackbutterfly, I say tmi because this normally is not something I come out and ask I am a very private person especially about this kind of thing and I also know that it may make other women uncomfortable to read about in trying to be respectful of everyone.

@2queenbee9, @mommagi thank you both for the input! I had some bad contractions after as well it was completely different with my first sex wasn't a problem the first time. I feel so bad for my husband because we haven't done it much this pregnancy because I'm always in pain after and the swelling was worse this time it's been like 2 weeks since we last had sex :/

@blackbutterfly I don't think she was really asking a sexual question a lot of people put tmi in their posts on here to be respectful not to be creeps so just a heads up some people might get offended by you saying that they're men because of what they post . Your kinda new here it looks like so you might not realize it but were pretty open on this app and sometimes people share things that are way worse. Best thing you can do is block and move on or if you do think the profile is suspicious or offensive definitely hit the complain button so a mom life admin can take a look at it. Men are definitely not tolerated on this app so if that was the issue they would immediately be banned. @preggie_usa
