yup him to 14 year relationship she didn't have his kid after they broke up she had another mans. I been feeling like he wanted me pregnant just because she didn't to. he dents it's his baby and tells me if not his we can try to be together that's how I knew he's cheating because they will always accuse you if they are. keep the proof make copies get child support .keep.log if bills you paid not sure how child support works but I know I'll be trying to ask for more money then what they offer me

He has to prove you unfit to get full custody && if he's not legitimized meaning y'all are married when baby is born or he puts himself on child support (well that's I was told here in Georgia) he doesn't have any rights to the baby, he can easily go to jail for kidnapping of he took the baby.

dont let him see the baby. let him take u for custody they wont give it to him. cant make urseld sound crazy either but be like its a coincidence that he was with her 14 yrs they couldnt have a kid he decided to be with me n knock me up then run back to her n threaten to take the baby. sounds like a crazy plan to have a babg with her. just make sure ur stable and doing what u gotta do. he probably gets his visitation but that probably wont last long since he just wants to completely raise one with her. how crazy is that man. it would have been cheaper to save up n pay for sumone to have one for them or 2 adopt

I'm in a steady place, hopefully I can get her to breastfeed (had too many issues getting her big sister to breastfeed), I'll be in school, and depending on when a court date would be, she won't even know him so even if he gets visitations it'll be here in GA since he lives in KY. my child (hopefully) won't be leaving this state for a few years, if at all before she can make decisions for herself.

@shann, it's very disturbing. but looking back at how everything happened, it makes sense. ): after all these years of them being "friends" and broken up, why get engaged NOW? now that there's a child on the way? and the last gf lost custody of the kids she already had bc of an incident that happened. and he's already threatened to try to pull out the crazy card on me to take the baby. but I'm in counseling for my depression.
