so my baby girl is almost due which im so thankful for
so me and her father had an agreement he will send her payments his every payday
i also agreed i wouldnt put him on papers(child support) but its been a month and ava has yet to get her money
now im not sure if i should just continue to wait on him or should i take further action and just put him on papers
its like i can take care of her myself but if our original agreement was to do that then why should i allow him to slide

Was the agreement for him to start paying while you are still pregnant or once she is born?

I would put him on child support honestly bc lots can happen and change in the next 18 years and if he isn't holding up his end of the deal now what makes u think he will later and do u really wanna always worry about it. I would be the bigger person and let him know ur plans before hand but don't give him anymore second chances to pay

Then I would get a formal child support agreement with the court bc that's not right if he said he would send payments and he is not.

@lovelymomx2, ur mom is right do it for ur daughter if u don't do it for yourself but personally I think ur entitled to the money it's his child too.

whatever your heart tells you if you I think papers Is smart it's a court records and there's men who run around knocking people up so it's best the other women know you ain't the only one if searched court files for my bf and found out my uncle has a child support case wow never expected that
