@chinue, we are homeless so we have no where to cook the food or store it when we get it.

u qualify for emergency food stamps being homeless

we get food stamps the 10th of September so we don't qualify

@heatherlg88, none that will take us as a family. they will only take me my husband and daughter would have to find some where else to stay. I spent all morning on the phone with shelters in the area.

peanut butter sandwiches and juice keep them in the vehicle. you don't have to get all that milk or get it and toss it

not tell the first @chinue and if we used it we couldn't store it. my daughter has been living off pb sandwiches and dry cereal

There are family shelters all over or women's shelters a women's shelter will take you and your daughter but not your husband. But quite frankly it would be best for you and your daughter to get into a shelter even if it means not having your husband in there.

@ainsleighsmumma, I called women's shelters, family shelters and road homes today any in the town we are in don't have the availability all beds are spoken for. we were sleeping on a couch but they no longer wanted us there so we sleep in our car. well today someone close threatened to call cps.
