Is it ok to drink a small coffee every morning when TTC?

Yeah you can have a cup a day I think.

i mean it is okay to have some caffeine but its preferred not too

Yeah, one cup a day is okay. But wouldn't recommend more

yes keep it less than 200mg of caffeine a day

I just look forward to my small cold brew Dunkin donuts coffee every morning lol

I can not go on with my day without my coffee.

@vikki655, oh no! I will have to look it up! Guess I'm saying goodbye to coffee. That's ok though! A sweet baby will be way better than ca coffee everyday!
