After having an anxiety break down almost a year ago causing a serious migraine that caused numbness threw out my body. I was scared to cry just incase i broke down again. But i haven't been able to cry for almost a year. I feel like ripping my brains out over the hormones driving me insane. I want to cry so bad maybe it would make me feel better but i just cant do it...

Do what you must feel, don't be afraid 😞. You can overcome it. Hormones have a lot to answer for xxx

😞 One occasion I had a breakdown I was 27, I feel to the floor and cried so hard I was hyperventilating. I was living at home at the time and my mum had to pick me up from the floor and cuddle me she was distraught. She wanted to call an ambulance but instead I just tried to calm down. I was so stressed and a few years after I was diagnosed with CFS (Chronic fatigue syndrome) and I was bed ridden for many many months. I had worked so hard, travelled and did my very best keeping strong and I just broke down. Never have I had it before since. Perhaps talk to your GP about this, if it's terrifying you. But be rest assured I've cried since over many things my grandparents passing away, to losing my pet cat! I never had a breakdown quite like the last. Don't be frightened I do understand but the past is the past, and hormones in pregnancy can get the better of us. Just remember it's not forever. See your doctor in a few days you may even feel better. Xxx

Sorry to hear about all of that!! Sending best wishes positivity & strength to you!❤️ i feel as though I'm a strong person i would love to cry but i feel like I'm forcing something that doesn't want to come. Iv spoken to my midwife about it and she wants me to go see someone. I'm going to see my mum and friends on the weekend so hopefully i will feel better then! I only have my partners family where i live and they have their own problems so i don't really bother talking to anyone about it@saraelisa xxx
