Why would some one kick off about formula being reduced? I'd buy double of it .. It's a good thing surly? @sheree_ x

Yeah if it's still in date and it's not been opened/damaged in anyway then it's fine, don't see why anyone would think it's wrong and kick off about it though, any mum/mum to be would jump at the chance of getting reduced formula, I would if I was gunna use it especially with how expensive it is now a days @sheree_ x

It has to be a certain price for some reason... I'm not sure it's against the law but it's not meant to be any less than the original price xx

The box just might be damaged then only reason I can think of xx

I got so confused. I was like if I got anything reduced would I get arrested 😂. I'm planning on doing combination feeding. Mainly breast (if baba latches!) xxx

For the same reason you can't advertise formula (stage 1) on TV & in shops etc @sheree_ Selling it at a discounted price is seen as promoting formula & they're not allowed to do that because breastfeeding is best & should be promoted. I'm not sure whether it's illegal or not but I know shops aren't allowed to promote it or put it on offer. So I thought.

By the way that's not my personal opinion but what the government or whomever is behind it all. The same reason breastfeeding is advised & in some cases pushed on you. Because their trying to get more mothers to breast feed.

apparently .. the same reason I couldn't take formula back a shop for a refund... stupid really. as I wanted to take it back as I didn't need it as the breastfeeding was going well... the world has gone crazy... not everyone successfully breastfeeds. drives me bonkers xx
