So there are moms who work full time jobs and then come home to take care of their kids, significant others, cooking meals, housekeeping, etc. Then, there are moms who are home with their kids all day, they try to keep a clean house while also taking care of their children, along with grocery shopping, running errands, cooking meals, etc. Then their are dad's who either work or don't work, but still do the bare minimum when it comes to caring for their home, wife and children. See the real issue here? I commend good mothers, whether you're working and then coming home and handling everything or you are on the clock 24/7... I respect you. But I don't respect men who played a role in getting a woman pregnant and do nothing. That should be what people debate.

I'm a SAHM, I cook, clean, do laundry, take care of our child. my husband works 5 days a week. but what bothers me the most is that he tells me I don't do anything all day, or I sleep all day. I don't even take naps. I don't think he would be able to stay at home allllll day and take care of our daughter. he'd get to bored, and lose his mind. I wish he would understand that it's not as easy as it seems.

I work, take my child to work with me, breastfeed at work, come home cook, clean, and do anything I can there. my husband is in school and is always doing homework and he does what he can with freelance work and laundry... it's stressful nonetheless.

my boyfriend is a stay at home dad. i work 4 days a week. he does such a good job taking care of her while im gone. he cleans and cooks dinner on days that i work. on my days off and when i get home he gets a break and i take over. the balence helps so much for both of us. its not fair when one person does all the work.

Well you have my appreciation! Go mama. A lot of men couldn't handle what most mothers do. @sabreycastro1996

You're blessed! I see so many women going through it alone, when they're living with their partner.... I would kick my man out if I keep addressing the situation and he's not doing his part. @sk216

I work full time but get paid for part time, with no benefits either so that means unpaid maternity leave when I'm ready. I work in a kitchen so I'm on my feet all day. My husband works 35-50 hours a week driving clients to their appointments. (Sitting the majority of the time) Some days are harder for him, some aren't. At home.... I do 99% of the laundry, 98% of the dishes, and 100% of the cooking. I'm tired. Sometimes exhausted yet still no help. He does the yard but begs me to help. I said sorry, not in this 90° weather esp since I don't sweat. I get sick. He just don't get it or don't care. Not sure which. I think it's laziness. Lol 😂
