he should be fine till the appointment if you dont see any changes in it or other symptoms. hope your little man is okay ill be praying.

well if you can look at again one puncture hole could be a mosquito. a spider bite will have two. with it hurting i would get him check out as soon as possible. some spiders are really poisonous.
