So when your child turns a year and you introduce milk( not formula or breast milk) how often do they drink ? And is it from the bottle still or can it be from a sippy cup ? And is it cold out the fridge or warmed up? Liam is 10 months but I'm thinking ahead and I have no clue.

I'd like to know as well, for future reference.

Milk whenever they eat a meal. Start with small amounts like you did when giving a bottle. Try 4 oz. Make sure it is whole milk also. If your baby will take a sippy cup, feel free to let your LO drink it from a sippy cup. Are you planning on a nursing still? If so, I would nurse in the morning, night, and nap time with milk being offered at meals where the baby is eating solid foods. Just a suggestion! You should also double check with your pediatrician whenever you introduce a new food into your baby's diet.

Ok great thanks. I'm not nursing. And he usually has 7 ounces in the morning then 4oz twice in the day after his meals. And then another 7 oz before bed. So it would be about the same routine I guess.

Oh! With the introduction of milk then, you may be able to just feed him the 7 oz bottles morning and night and milk will replace those 4 oz bottles in the daytime. You are his mama. You will know what he needs before anyone else does!
