I put my daughter in a car seat and face her toward me in the doorway and talk to her while I go

Bring them with you ... Maybe by the door ... A swing or car seat or just a blanket or mat on the floor. When you gotta go you gotta go !

Hahaha wait till the baby gets to be a toddler, you'll see little hands under the door screaming for "mommy" 😆

Put the baby in a bouncer and set the bouncer in the door way.
