Ladies that have the iud birth control. How did the procedure go and was it painful? I am looking into the paragard copper iud? Is it recommended?

I have the Mirena and it wasn't painful just alittle sting once she put it in and that's it really .

I've had the Paraguard and the mirena. Neither one hurt when they put it in.
