I had my bloody show a couple days before my water broke. just watch for contractions or your water breaking, and it might not hurt to let your ob know tomorrow that you're having your bloody show

@ginnalynn, thank you. I was always told (not by drs) that when you get the bloody show that means your in labor and right before I lost mine I had some bad cramping but they have gotten better

no, they may not keep you if you aren't actively in labor.
