Ok mommas i know I ask alot of questions.. this is for the mamas with odd cervixs

Mine is to the right as my Dr says well... does that change the way the baby drops? Because I've been having some horrible pain in my right side of my belly and hip and pelvic bone is that him moving down? Or should i just tell my Dr about it tues. It like makes it hard to even sleep I dont know I . They drop differently when your cervix isn't in the normal spot..
