My stomach always feels "tight" to me.

I have heard if if feels like what a finger to your nose or chin feels like, it's BH. If it feels like finger to forehead, it would be an actual contraction.

Who even knows really 😂😧

What I experience isn't painful but uncomfortable. Today my back has just been hurting more than usual after having what I thought was a BH at the store.
