37 weeks is just considered full term. a ton of people I know have been having their babies so early! as early as 35 weeks and so far no complications and perfectly healthy babies!!
full term is 39 weeks now, not 37. I'm in the medical field and it's been 39 weeks for a long time now. my son was born at 38 weeks +6 days (I did not try to induce myself at home and my water broke naturally). my son's lungs weren't very strong yet, so if he would've been born any earlier then he would've been a NICU stay. honestly all babies are different because I know women who've had their babies at 36 weeks and their babies were fine. I've also known women who've had their babies at 40 weeks and they had complications. your due date is an estimate and can be off by a couple weeks

I would say 35w with no complications. Even then they might need oxygen for under developed lungs.

Everyone I know who had a 35 week old baby had to stay in the NICU but there were no long term complications.

i was born at 34 weeks and had no issues. i was ready to leave the hospital before my mom was but most of the time babies are okay after 37ish weeks.

I had my son at 38 weeks and he had to spend a week in the nicu. The lungs still aren't fully developed at that stage.
