a friend told me she induce her labor at 36 weeks by laying down in the bath tub and let hot water from the shower head hit her belly and she just pushed and took deep breaths for 20 mins she swears it works because she wasnt dilated at all did that and dilated 6 centimeters ... something in my mind just won't let me believe that 😂😂
