So I had an emergency ambulance ride to the hospital last night around 7. I'm feeling better just having bad acid reflux and heartburn which is what started the pain and shortness of breath. It was sudden, at first I was sitting down talking with what I thought was indigestion then I got up and could barely stand up I started feeling hot so I went to get infront of the AC and I could barely walk, then I couldn't stand up I was dripping in sweat and couldn't breathe. My hubby called 911 and I was there for 5 hours with extreme stomach, chest, and back pain and contractions. I have to drink more water cause 8 glasses isn't enough for them 😒 since dehydration is what caused all my pain. I had to get a bag of IV fluids, a chest xray, and EKG. My EKG results were a little high and chest xray was normal. No infections or blood clots were causing me to contract. The fluids slowed my contractions from 2-3mins apart to 10. I'm still having contractions every 10mins though. It was the worse pain in my life worse than labor with Silas. I'm 1-2cm and 20% effaced. Hopefully this child stays in til at least 38 weeks and no later than 40. I could barely sleep after I got home due to acid reflux and ended up puking. I fell asleep finally at 7 this morning and ate around 12. Going to the doctor Thursday.

@heatherlg88, Thank you. 😊 I've been dehydrated before but never had sudden pain like this or contractions. The paramedics thought I had previous cardiac problems but I never have. I was so confused. But I hope you never have to go through that, my family was terrified.
