@tg123456789, I've been the same the last few days, yesterday was a nightmare, anxious all day and today I had a lil melt down and cried into my Sunday dinner, took me ages to calm down, my son and bf didn't know what to do for the best, lots of cuddles later I feel better for having a good cry! Bloody hormones!
