I need some help mommies!! Breast feeding tips to help get milk to come in??

I am pumping every two hours consistently getting 14-15mls. My colostrum is getting more milk colored. My boobs are huge and they are starting to tingle. I have to mix formula and breast milk right now to feed baby. She's a breast sleeper. She's not very big either and I can't risk her losing much weight. I think she is milk sensitive like I was too. Last night she had bad gas and was all upset. Acted colic and everything. She spits up but hasn't thrown up. She hasn't made a bowel movement since we've been home, but she did at the hospital eight times.

Any advice????

Massage boobs while pumping... Put enough pressure to make milk come out... Drink a gallon of water a day, power pump and take fenugreek ... 💙private message me if you want to talk ! Blessings

The flange is the part of the pump that goes on you boob. It comes with a standard size but its not one size fits all.

Make sure you're using the correct flange size.
