So I experienced contractions a min apart the other night and I was in SO much pain, but yesterday after walking the beach I started having back pain along with stomach pain at the same time but it wasn't like the pain I felt the other day.. could that just be Braxton hicks? or just mild contractions that I was able to bare? I feel so clueless about this whole pregnancy stuff like I never know what to truly look for lol.😩

Not necessarily true @carlitojrmami I had contractions for two days in a row and they stopped all of the sudden. And I know they were actually contractions because I was being monitored in L&D

contractions depend on the person everyone is different. it is a complete myth that real contractions are consistent and intense. just trust me throughout my whole labor process I never had consistent or painful contractions. it has a lot to do with your pain tolerance as well. the doctor was surprised I couldn't feel any of my contractions, even after my water broke.
