My back is KILLING me. I can't get comfortable at night and my maternity/body pillow isn't even…

go see a chiropractor!! I had terrible back pain, which ended up being bc of sciatica and my hips being uneven by about 4cm. I had the boppy pillow, and even 8 regular pillows to stuff around me for support but nothing helped! I went in and she adjusted me and did a deep tissue massage to relieve the pressure on my static nerve and I feel sooooo much better! my SO pushed me for weeks to go and I didn't want to bc I didn't think it would help, but I really wish I'd gone sooner!

Before I was pregnant I went to the chiro a couple times but I felt like it was making me worse. I have to same problem. My hips are uneven, one of my legs is shorter than the other but the worst of it is that the part of my spine that connects up into the back on my neck is curved the opposite way than its supposed to. I went for a while, also did the massages. And she made it worse :( so I stopped going. I have a maternity massage planned September 17 so I'm hoping that helps but idk what else to do!!!! @mhav

maternity massages are amazing! also I got the maternity wedge from babies r us for like 10$ to put under my belly and sometimes back for support and I like that a lot so far, plus it's not super bulky like the huge maternity pillow

I might have to look for that wedge!! That sounds like it's help my back! @mhav
