Ok ladies I know y'all aren't doctors but I have a question I'm having tummy cramps like I would get before my period but not tightening I've been having them on and off since yesterday it even woke me up during the night I've been drinking plenty of water and Gatorade so I know it's not dehydration any ideas on what this is
