Someone tried to tell me today that my fiance wont love our child because we arent married. Like wtf. This is why I dont practice any religion. And then she told me my son would be deformed because I committed adultery and that god would strike me down with a sickness. What is wrong with people? I was standing in line at the store when she made it her business to walk past the line and say this shit to me. All because I dont wear a ring. (we have to get it resized cuz its too big) Look im fine if people want to practice religion, i dont care, do you. But im gonna have an issue when you pull shit like this and try to cram you beliefs down my throat. I went to catholic school and was also raised catholic. And even though i dont practice the religion any more, I know thats NOT how youre supposed to act towards others. Fucking nut jobs I swear, using religion to fuel their own selfish views.

I'm sorry but this made me laugh. I'm religious but not crazy like that lady. I know many family members that aren't married with kids and the dads love them to death. Would do everything and anything for their kids just like a married dad would do. Some things that are said in the bible I don't follow like what this crazy lady told you.

me and my husband took our son whose almost 3 to the fair and after we bought his armband we turned around and these 2 old guys were sitting on their Walker/seats and I wear my ring, he doesn't due to work and getting it caught on things. the old men look at us as we were all excited about finally being able to take him and say "excuse me, do you two think you're getting into heaven?"(husband has tattoos everywhere on his arms) and he looks at the old man and says"yes I do, I have Jesus in my heart." the pld man looks at me and i said "yeah I know i am" the old man then says "well you best get that boy saved or youll regret it." like wtf? btw hubby dad used to be a preacher and hubby can recite most of the bible whether you believe it or not just by looking at him lol.
