My son use to do that all the time when nursing and I hated it! I would just hold his hand and eventually he stopped.

Willow does this too! But mostly she just hits ME! It hurts after awhile. Sometimes I just hold her hands until she stops. Or put soft toys in them to occupy them and soften the blow
