I gotta say, I'm pretty proud of myself for breastfeeding this long. It's given my baby boy such a good headstart. My goal was to breastfeed him for 4 months. We are now just 5 days away from that deadline. BUT seeing that my spoiled baby boy wants nothing to do with any kind of bottle, whether it's breast milk or formula. I kind of see myself passing that 4 month mark. Lol. He's my little mommas boy and truthfully I wouldn't have it any other way. :) <3.

Go you 💓 My baby girl is 7 weeks old and I'm still going strong 💪🏼 and continue to breastfeed as long as I can! I hope I can make it to 1 year!

lol thanks. :D. I breastfed him from the get go. as soon as he was born they gave him to me and I gave him the boob. the nurses were shocked that he latched right on with no trouble what so ever. congrats on breastfeeding and good luck to making it to your goal. :) @meghanrae

What's your next breastfeeding goal? I'm about to hit 10 months of at-breast nursing (before that, I had 7 weeks of pumping for him while he was in the nicu) and my goal is to hit a year of at breast nursing so I can try becoming a lactation consultant. 👍🏼

wow. congratulations!! my next goal, I'd like to hit 1 year. it would make me feel accomplished that I gave him the very best headstart I could. I've tried pumping but he does not like any kind of bottle and won't latch on for nothing. so his whole life had been at breast nursing. @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom
