Anyone know the rules with alcohol and breastfeeding? how long after a drink can he feed? I'm thinking about having a couple light drinks tomorrow and I've pumped 15 oz for him for after I drink that'll last probably until the next morning ( I'm drinking in the afternoon) is that okay? do I need to pump and dump or does the alcohol just leave my milk
