What're you mommies due on october & so on using as baby's coming home outfit? Idk what to use 😐

I'm just gonna bring a warm outfit and a colder one and see what the weather is like that day. October is tricky!

I think with you being in NY, a footed onesie, hat, mittens, and a nice blanket

Since your in NY I'd say something warm. If you loved here in Texas id say a shorts and shirt outfit lol cause it's still hot as hell down south in October

My baby is due mid-September. I'm definitely considering the possibility of cold weather. I packed a baby T-shirt that isn't a onesie and doesn't snap at the crotch, so that it will be nice and loose around the umbilical cord. I also packed 2 regular onesies. I figure if they're too snug on his belly button, I can just leave them unbuttoned at the crotch, and probably try to just tuck them in his pants a little bit to make it look nicer. I also packed 3 pairs of soft pants, 3 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of mittens (since some of the shirts don't come with built-in mittens), and one hat. And of course, considering the cold weather, I packed 3 receiving blankets that also work as good burp cloths, and if one blanket isn't enough to keep baby warm, I figure I can just double up. I'm a first-time mom, so the main thought I have while packing is making sure I do everything according to what the nurses want to see, so they let me keep him. xD It's a silly thought, but that's just a little irrational fear of mine.

She has a hat, mittens, thin outer layer, a onesie, and soft pant with socks. And if it's warm I'll leave the outer layer and pant off.
