Had Baby Sydney @ 1:15pm yesterday August 25, 2016. She only weighed 5lbs 3 0z 18 1/2 inches long but is going very well. Was just taken off her blood sugar checks and hopefully can go home Tuesday. Not happy I'm being discharged tomorrow and she has to stay but the staff and L&D department have been amazing so far. After 3 days of labor after getting stripped, the next night having 10 minutes apart contractions, and then going into the hospital the next day at 4am contractions every 30 seconds and water breaking as I was getting into car, I am extremely exhausted and so isn't daddy. First time mommy and Doctor "fist pumped my vag" said I did amazing. Took I think a total of 9 hours to have her.
