every baby is different they say give breast feed pacifier or formula bottle to suck on before take off and landing our son has traveled twice a year to new York from Phoenix since 3 months and he would sleep virtually the whole time he's a good traveler and always good for his dad I haven't gone but a 5 HR drive to San Diego with us he does good just get up and move with the baby when you can
