I'm anywhere between 3-6 weeks. won't know exactly untill ultrasound. but heartburn! tender breast. nauseous.  feel like I could puke any second. but havnt yet. I'm soooo tired. used to stay up till 11pm no prob. now I have a hard time staying up past 9.
