This is why I never want to go back on birth control it took me 3 years after being off birth control entirely to get pregnant and I had been on numerous birth controls including depo for six years. I fully believe that is the reason it took so long for me to conceive. my doctors told me and my bf we are are in great health sexually so how we didn't get pregnant for 3 years is beyond me. never again though.

Its ridiculous they don't tell you these things I started birth control as soon as I got my period basically because I got my cycle every other week and had some of the worst cramps that would make me vomit. so literally all of my puberty years I was on some form of birth control I did switch to non hormonal birth control which I would have to say worked best for me. I don't like the idea of the hormones in birth control at all. I thought this article was very informative I wish someone would have told my mom years ago.

but this isn't crazy things just because not everyone is affected the same it's scary that no one knows how they will be effected and its scary the side effects from these hormones in our doctors are saying are safe. and from the sound of it you were not on the shot for any long length of time I'm Assuming the longer you are on hormones the more you are effected
