What if your neighbor calls someone to come drill his side walk which is concrete and make all this noise right at the back of your house at 6:30 in the morning!!! Then Plugs all there tools up to the side of your house!!!!

I went right out and unplugged them and told them Don't plug it up nomore ... my electric bill is already high... Then I call my landlord to notify him and he says well if it affects your bill I'll compensate you uhm hell no he got snapped on and hung up on... He does anything to please this drug dealer behind me! I'm not for it! Find another way to plug up your tools!
