Coffee is totally fine - a 6 oz cup is around 75 MG I do believe but keep in mind that 6 oz is a pretty small amount so try to limit to 2 cups of coffee and if you're ordering it from a coffee shop you should probably limit it to one a day. I think the most beneficial part of trying to cut down or cut caffeine out while you're pregnant is you won't be reliant on it when you have the baby...you'll be tired enough as is and it's beneficial to let your body purge itself of the need for an energy boost because caffeine when you're breastfeeding is OK in small amounts but it will likely make your baby fussy.

You are allowed to have 200 mg of caffeine per day! Energy drinks are off limits though. They have other ingredients in them that are not good.
