Do any of you boil your water for formula fed babies??

I never did with my others when I began formula feeding them, but I hear you're supposed to now if youre using the powdered formula

I did til katrina was 4 months

just boiled a bunch and put it in the fridge.

I used bottled water with a bottle warmer

How long do you boil and can you leave it out so you don't have to keep heating it ? @babygluttony @camdensmamma

Oh I just boiled for a few minutes. it's just to make sure there isn't anything in your water. you can use bottled water. I just know we used someone else's tap water and Katrina spit up really badly and upset stomach. I never reheated it, used it straight from fridge cold. she spit up less with cold bottles and as she got older use straight from tap. she would spit up more also if I used warned water.

What kind of bottled water ? @camdensmamma

I get whatever's on sale since we go through it so much

A friend of mine boils water waits until it cools down a bit and then makes the bottle. She says it helps her baby fall asleep that way.
