Have you tried peppermint oil? I rub it in my temples and it helps me. I ordered some off amazon bc DoTerra is out of my budget for certain oils.

Have you been diagnosed with migraines by a doctor? They can prescribe you something strong. My SO gets migraines to the point of throwing up and being very very weak. Luckily he hasnt had an episode in a while. He has like seasonal cluster migraines i guess i would say. Cause when he does get them they last for about a month or so. But that pill is taken right when you feel the onset of a migraine and its gone within minutes of taking it.

I have migraines and my doctor gave me a daily medicine to take called Topamax. Its the only thing that helps my migraines.

I've had migraines my whole life. I'm usually hospitalized they're so bad. I puke really bad. I have a prescription for imitrex which is a non narcotic and works great if taken right as u get it. I also take zofran for the nasea.

Yea I have make a doctor appointment. Last night was the worst episode I ever have. Hopefully they do prescribe me something. Something I can continue breastfeeding with
