my 3 year old has a fever and I gave her Tylenol since I'm at my sister's house and that's all she has but her fever is the same and won't break IDK what to do

Can you get some ibprophin in the morning? Sometimes alternating the two can help. Is she sick?

IDK what's wrong with her she just out of nowhere started burning up then she started to throw up I think she caught something when we when out yesterday morning @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom

Make sure she stays hydrated. I usually leave cups of water and crackers out for my big kid when he gets sick. Occasionally I've even had to give him water through w medicine syringe because he refused to drink it. Keep taking her temp and record it somewhere so if she gets warmer you can figure out what to do, like in case you have to take her to see w doctor or something.

give her a cool bath and don't wrap her in a blanket to sleep...the heat traps the temperature .
