I used Always long pads... Make sure they have wings and any underwear you're willing to throw away that you feel most comfortable in.

I get the long overnights for at home and immediately after and then super thin regular length pads for being out and about so I don't have that gross diaper feeling. undies are hipster granny panties I got from Walmart that can just be tossed

Wings are a must! I just purchased underwear from family dollar as well so I can toss them. I actually got pads similar to what the hospital gave me.

I'd rather use depends... If they're able to hold whatever comes out after birth...

I've used stay free maxi pads. I don't like wings personally, but if you don't mind them id suggest using them. Or just use underwear you don't mind staining. But-These are thick and absorbent and decently priced. But I'm sure any pad would work really 😊
