Try putting a hot as you can stand it compresses on it and message it as you pump or feed. A hottish shower will help you.

if you have mastitis you need to speak to a doctor if it isn't getting better. You may need medication to treat it. For now i say warm compress and something for the pain

@arivera64, @mami2d thank you ladies. I ended up with a bad fever last night and could move my right side. today it a little better. I may end up going to the doctors.
