What's the difference in craving something to eat and just hungry and want a certain thing

I mean my boyfriend will ask me what I want to eat if we are out and I'll have choices and say like chick fil a. Idk if or when I have cravings

cravings are when you think about something you want and when that one thing comes to mind your set on that ONE thing lol hungry or not.

with a craving you can satisfy your hunger with one thing and still feel like you need the thing you were craving.
