Was told by my doctor to go to Good Sam at 4-5cm dilated because I need to receive a shot and a second shot 4 hours later so I have to be at the hospital early enough in labor for those 4 hours.. was 3cm when I went to my doctor this morning.. Haven't felt "contractions" OR "Braxton Hicks" but they're obviously happening since Im dilating... how the heck am I supposed to know when to go in? Lol. Oh, bonus: he's really low but I don't feel pelvic pressure...

I would just go in to be on the safe side. Worst that can happen is they'll send you home or have you walk around to see if your body progresses.

go in when? I was 3 this morning and up until now I've only felt very minor cramps like 3 times.

If you start feeling anymore cramping or if any pains become consistent. You can also call L&D and just tell them the situation and tell them you would like to be checked and they'll have you come in and get an exam.
