Just left my 36 week appointment and I found out my placenta isn't 100% so they made me appointments for nonstress test until she comes. What does a nonstress test consist of?

I have the belts on me an blood pressure checked plus ultrasound once a week but I go twice a week

@irene13galindo, nothing you should be worried about😊 and they do keep the blood pressure thing on you also . I had to go 2x a week the end of my pregnancy with my daughter because she wouldn't move enough they had me go to the hospital and do them. they gave me orange juice and ice cold water lol it was okay just long waiting there had to stay 2 hours at a time
