Does anyone drink protein shakes? If so, what kind? How safe are they to drink while preggo? Also, not used as a daily meal replacement but of a I don't have time to make a snack and need some sort of protein. I'll bring a lunch to work and snacks too but I work 10-7, so by the time I leave I'm freaking hungry again or at least need something, I just wasn't sure about the protein shakes. I used to drink them when I worked out a ton before I was pregnant but stopped them immediately when I found out cause I was paranoid about everything lol

I drank ensure when I was pregnant cuz I struggled with hypermesis, it was approved by my doctor and everything, if you're looking for an actual protein, premium protein are really good , 30g of protein and 2 grams of sugar I believe

Yeah I have some organic protein I used to drink. And a few other brands, lol idk I'll probably ask my doctor tomorrow when I go. I'm just sitting here hungry even though I just ate and I want something chocolate but I don't want to eat something bad for me such as candy @p0790
