I have a 10 week old son and no matter how much I try and get him to sleep during the day so he isn't over tired, he won't, he will do 10 minutes then wake up over and over

and he eats constantly no matter how much he has ..

then he screams because he's over tired at night and I can't get him to calm down and fall asleep and then stay asleep.. please help
