I'm having nursing aversion. It's getting stressful. I'm so tired from work and pregnancy as it is. When I'm finally able to relax, my son is tugging and crying and pulling on me like he's still an infant. I'm ready to cut him off but I feel so guilty at the same time.
I wanted to let him go until he's 3 and also experience tandem nursing, but idk if i can do it.

I don't have enough to pump @atlas it's mostly comfort nursing now. He's 2 1/2

yeah....the struggle is real @atlas he nurses like a newborn. He asks for milk all day like every couple hrs when I'm home. It's tiring. I'm touched out

@edomke, my son is 2 1/2....he's had plenty of time with the boobs. I just have to decide if i really want to stop or ride out the next 6 months until he's 3. I love our bond and once our journey ends i know I be sad, so I'm trying to just stick it out until his 3rd bday.

at this point i don't think a LC would really help. Just gotta decide when the cutoff point is and stick to it. When I'm indecisive it makes it unstable for him. One day i say no more milk, the I'll let him nurse thru the night so i can sleep. I need to make up my mind @edomke

Yeah my son is 9 months since I am home all day he is always on them I feel ya on getting touched out my goal is to nurse till he is 2 then let him self wean to a certain point

On the weekends he hangs from me. He still nurses in the middle of the night too smh @atlas

Still jeeze I hope my son doesnt he still wakes every two hours as is I was hopen that he would least sleep 4 hours at a time soon im exhausted plus with everything else going on building my website and etc. yikes

Gosh I really hope my son don't. We are waiting to have another till I finish my bachelors and buy our own house. I am not trying to move with two kids lol

Do what I did (at 26 mos) and pick a day and start preparing him telling him he's a big boy, the milk is going to start going bad, I did this for wks and on d-day before he nursed I rubbed lime on my nipples. He made a weird face, tried again, made another face and said ew. I said yeah I told you you're a big boy, it's going bad. He tried that night and once the next morning and I did the same thing, he never asked again. No deprivation, no guilt, no tears.
