I can't seem to get rid of a headache. Any ideas to get rid of it? I've took a nap, had some water and pedialyte, ate a snack, put a cold ice pack on my neck and head and taken some Tylenol.

I know you can't have ibuprofen so I won't suggest that lol. but what I would use when I had headaches is Tylenol and pepsi. it ALWAYS worked, it's the caffeine that helps. so get you some Caffeine. Maybe not coffee though, that always would give me a headache lol

Sheesh. I was going to say the caffeine in soda too. I used to get migraines and the only thing that would help sometimes was some meds with a Pepsi. Like @babygirl71716 said. Also this may seem random but for me washing my hair worked.. It was just the warm water on my scalp. Hope you feel better.
