How many weeks were you when you finally started dilating ?

not till my due date went from 0 to 10 in 3 hrs

At my 36 week check up I was already 1 1/2 cm

@babygirl10-11, I feel like that's gonna happen w me. @mommy_of_02 I have my 36 week check up on the 29th

i seen my midwife a day before my due date and she told me i would definitely go past my due date cuz my cervix was still high and closed with no signs of labor not even braxton hicks .... the next day around 10 contractions started at 1230 my water broke i got to the hospital at 12:51am had my baby at 1:25am all natural no pain meds

I'm 4 cms now at 35 weeks, I started dilation at 32 weeks

I started dilating at 33 weeks 5 days I'm at a 1 now 34 weeks and 1 day but my doctor apparently doesn't want to check me until sept 6

I was 1cm and 100% effaced at 35 weeks 5 days, and 4cm and 100% at 37 weeks 5 days. My son was born 6 days later at 38 weeks 4 days.

@riahlala3, they checked you that early for dilation ? Any specific reason ? @eagerlyexpecting I haven't gotten checked at all yet & I'm 35 weeks & 4 days .

It's possible, but remember that you can go into labor and progress just as fast as anyone else at any time, even if you have no progress yet. 😊

yes, because I was bleeding and contracting and went to emergency room, stayed in hospital for 2 days so they checked me

@riahlala3, well I hope everything gets better . @darianweaver I know dilation doesn't dictate when the baby will come . But it's always fun to know lol
