anybody's newborn have baby acne or had how do you get rid of it

My son had some acne. I just left him alone and it went away quickly. Ask the pediatrician

I'll try to get some out of it isn't dried up

There's isn't really anything you can do for it but let it run its course. Most babies get it if not all and it goes away in a few weeks. I read it can take up to 6 months for your baby to have that perfect baby smooth skin. Plus it's hormones leaving their body after birth.

It's natural and there's not much a doctor will do about it. You have to let it run its course. Breast milk does help. Its mostly the leftover hormones leaving the baby's body.
